Revenue for the quarter came in at $590.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $573.43 million. The company sees Q4 EPS of $0.21-0.23 vs consensus of $0.23. Sees revenue of $630-$650 million vs the consensus of $643.5.

Bottomline Technologies (Nasdaq: EPAY) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $86.88 million. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $60 million. The program was authorized on July 8, with repurchases to begin on August 30, 2016.
