Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SPPI) 15.2% LOWER; today announced that it has received a Complete Response letter from the U.S. FDA regarding its supplemental Biologics License Application for ZEVALIN(R) (ibritumomab tiuxetan) in the first-line consolidation setting for non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients. Mercury Computer Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: MRCY) 14.2% HIGHER; the stock is spiking today amid no company-specific news but heavier-than-normal trading volume.

Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (NYSE: PLX) 13.3% HIGHER; announced that it was approached by the FDA and asked to consider submitting a treatment protocol for the use of prGCD in patients with Gaucher disease in order to address an expected shortage of Genzyme's (Nasdaq: GENZ) Cerezyme(R). Thomas Weisel also issued a report saying Protalix could see a huge opportunity due to Genzyme's plant shut-down.

American Axle (NYSE: AXL) 13.2% LOWER; auto suppliers are falling today as GM received US Bankruptcy Court approval for the sale of assets to NGMCO. Shares of GM (OTC: GMGMQ) are currently down 13% to $0.714.

Clear Channel Outdoor (NYSE: CCO) 13.1% LOWER; according to a NY Post article, Clear Channel is "running out of options" following a weak $3 billion bond offering.
