FuelCell Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCEL) 20% LOWER; Announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 24,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $1.25 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $30.0 million.

Polymet Mining Corp. (AMEX: PLM) 15.3% HIGHER; Shares up today as the company announced that the state and federal government agencies responsible for the Environmental Impact Statement reviewing PolyMet's copper-nickel-precious metals project will complete the EIS process by preparing a supplemental draft EIS that incorporates the proposed US Forest Service land exchange and expands government agency cooperation.

Neuralstem Inc. (AMEX: CUR) 15.2% LOWER; announced today that it has entered into definitive agreements to sell $10 million of units at $2.80 per unit in a registered-direct offering to institutional investors. The units consist of: (i) one share of common stock, and (ii) 3/4 common stock purchase warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $3.25 and a term of three years. Neuralstem will receive gross proceeds of $10,000,000.00 before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.

Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MIPI) 13.9% LOWER; received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market on June 24, 2010, notifying the Company that for the 30 consecutive business days preceding the date of the letter, the Company's listed securities did not meet the minimum $50 million Market Value of Listed Securities requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Market pursuant to Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A). This notification does not impact the listing of Molecular Insight's common stock at this time. In accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rules, Molecular Insight has a grace period of 180 calendar days to regain compliance.

Netlist Inc. (Nasdaq: NLST) 13.0% HIGHER; announced that it will join the Russell Microcap Index when Russell Investments reconstitutes its family of U.S. indexes after the close of the U.S. markets today.

Synutra International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYUT) 11.7% LOWER; today announced the pricing of a public offering of 3.3 million common shares at $19.00 per share.

TIBCO Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: TIBX) 11.6% HIGHER; The company reported a Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.15, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $173.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $161.35 million.

ATP Oil & Gas Corp. (Nasdaq: ATPG) 10.0% HIGHER; announced after the market closed yesterday that it has priced a new $150 million First Lien Senior Secured Term Loan facility. Click here from more from the release.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) 8.2% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.40, 10 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.30). Revenue for the quarter was $374.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $373.02 million. Q2 homes delivered up 1%.

MannKind Corp. (Nasdaq: MNKD) 8.1% HIGHER; ADA is going to highlight AFREZZA at thei 70th Scientific Sessions. The will note that AFREZZA combined with basal insulin is comparable to standard insulin therapy in controlling post-meal blood sugar levels in adult patients with Type 2 diabetes, and offers the added benefits of significantly less weight gain and lower risk of hypoglycemia.
