Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS) 22.7% LOWER; today announced it expects to report fiscal 2010 fourth-quarter revenues of between $130 million and $140 million. This compares with $155 million reported in the same quarter of fiscal 2009. Consensus sees revs of $157.76 million. Previously, the company indicated that it expected customer demand levels to be similar to the prior-year.

ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Amex: ANX) 22.6% LOWER; announced today that it has signed agreements to purchase shares of its Series F convertible preferred stock pursuant to a registered direct offering to institutional investors, representing gross proceeds to ADVENTRX of approximately $19.2 million. ADVENTRX plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund activities relating to acquiring and developing additional product candidates, to continue development of its current lead product candidates, and for general corporate purposes.

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. (NYSE: JTX) 21.4% HIGHER; announced today that it has reached an agreement with its lenders on an amendment to its Credit Agreement that provides Jackson Hewitt with the ability to fully fund its planned off-season operations and to achieve improved performance in the 2011 tax season. The company today also implemented changes intended to create a more efficient and responsive organization while achieving a lower cost structure at the outset of the 2011 fiscal year.

CombinatoRx (Nasdaq: CRXX) 21.1% HIGHER; may be moving higher today as Clinical Data (Nasdaq: CLDA) announced that Santen Pharma has exercised an option to license its A2A agonist compound ATL313. Shares have not been above the $1.60 level since November of '09.

Administaff (NYSE: ASF) 20.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.09, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $457.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $424.70 million.

Pacific Capital Bancorp (Nasdaq: PCBC) 18.8% LOWER; continuing lower this week following a massive sell-off last week. Prior to last week's downside, shares of PCBC had traded higher 10 days in a row.

Bank of Florida (Nasdaq: BOFL) 17.1% LOWER; trading remains volatile this week. Traders are likely taking profits following a huge run-up in regional banking stocks over the last week or two.

Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: DTG) 14.5% HIGHER; Avis Budget Group, Inc. (NYSE: CAR) sent a letter to the Board of Directors of Dollar Thrifty regarding Dollar Thrifty's proposed transaction with Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ).
