Tween Brands (NYSE: TWB) 32.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of ($0.06), 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter was $205.22 million, versus the consensus of $220.81 million.

Internet Gold (Nasdaq: IGLD) 27.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.38, versus the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $72 million, versus the consensus of $65.35 million.

Pomeroy IT Solutions (Nasdaq: PMRY) 27.7% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Hebron LLC, a holding company owned by David B. Pomeroy, II, a director of the Company and its founder, for $5.02 per share. The offer represents a 30% premium over the May 19, 2009, closing price of $3.86.

Hemispherx BioPharma (AMEX: HEB) 26.6% HIGHER; shares are rebounding today following yesterday's 26% decline on news that the company will sell up to $16 million in common stock and warrants in a registered offering to two institutional investors.

Oncothyreon Inc. (Nasdaq: ONTY) 23% LOWER; announced that it has obtained commitments from several investors to purchase approximately 3.88 million shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase approximately 2.91 million shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $11.1 million. GSI Group Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIG) 19.5% LOWER; announced that the Company's Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, with the assistance of its independent legal counsel and forensic accounting firm, recently concluded its previously announced review of sales transactions in the Company's Semiconductor Systems Segment and other sales transactions that contain arrangements with multiple deliverables, for fiscal years 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Fonar (Nasdaq: FONR) 17.9% LOWER; correcting today following yesterday's 200% jump on better-than-expected quarterly results.
