X-Rite (Nasdaq: XRIT) 34.8% LOWER; with today's extremely sharp decline, shares of X-Rite are now down about 75% year-to-date. After the close Friday, X-Rite announced that it terminated its interest rate swap aggrement with Goldman Sachs Capital Markets. The arrangement allowed X-Rite to fix the interest rate on $336.1 million of the Company's floating rate debt under certain facilities. X-Rite will now be forced to pay about $12.1 million to Goldman Sachs related to the termination.
NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) 26.3% HIGHER; today announced that it has received 510(k) clearance for its ADVANCE System from the U.S. FDA. Shares have spiked intraday on the news.
