Wilmington Trust Corporation (NYSE: WL) 35% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.19, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.04.

Beazer Homes USA (NYSE: BZH) 31.8% HIGHER; surging higher on takeover speculation and a possible short squeeze.

Mohawk Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MHK) 31.5% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $1.55, may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.85). Revenue for the quarter was $1.2 billion, versus the consensus of $1.38 billion. Sees Q2 EPS 43c to 52c versus $0.27 cents.

NBTY (NYSE: NTY) 28.2% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.37, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $596 million, versus the consensus of $598.26 million. RBC also upgraded the stock to Outperform.

Ruth's Hospitality Group (Nasdaq: RUTH) 27.2% HIGHER; restaurant stocks are outperforming today amid better-than-expected earnings out of Cheesecake Factory (Nasdaq: CAKE) and Steak n Shake (NYSE: SNS). Those stocks are up 19.9% and 21%, respectively. Elsewhere in the industry, Diedrich Coffee (Nasdaq: DDRX) is up 22%. Notably Diedrich is up nearly 240% this week.

Immucor, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLUD) 24.2% LOWER; today announced that it received a subpoena from the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, requesting documents for the period beginning September 1, 2000 through the present, pertaining to an investigation of possible violations of the federal criminal antitrust laws in the blood reagents industry. Immucor intends to fully cooperate with the investigation.

Syntroleum Corporation (Nasdaq: SYNM) 23% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03) and compared to a loss of $0.04 inQ108. Revenue for the quarter was $20.2 million, versus the consensus of $900K and compared to $1.6 million in the same quarter last year.

UCBH Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCBH) 17.1% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.78, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.24).

CardioNet (Nasdaq: BEAT) 16.2% LOWER; Jefferies & Co initiates coverage on BEAT with an Underperform rating.

Interactive Brokers Group Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR) 15.5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.30, 16 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter was $296 million, versus the consensus of $422.50 million.

Columbia Sportswear (Nasdaq: COLM) 14.6% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.20, versus the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $272 million, versus the consensus of $264.21 million.
