Revenues came in at $30 million, versus the consensus of $29.5 million. Lowers FY08 GAAP EPS guidance to $1.08-1.18. Sees 2008 non-GAAP EPS of $1.20-$1.30. The consensus of $1.33. Sees FY08 revenues of $123-$130 million, versus the consensus of $125.08 million.
National City (NYSE: NCC) 25.7% LOWER; Raises $7 billion, cuts dividend. Issues 126.2M shares at $5 per share.
MedCath Corporation (Nasdaq: MDTH) 19% LOWER; reports preliminary earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 and its revised outlook for fiscal 2008 account for Dayton Heart Hospital as an asset held for sale. MedCath announced on March 24, 2008 that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell Dayton Heart Hospital. MedCath anticipates that its net revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 will be $156.7 to $157.3 million, its Adjusted EBITDA $23.4 to $24.0 million and its earnings from continuing operations $5.0 to $5.6 million or $0.25 to $0.28 per diluted share. (Q2 revenue consensus is $174.85 million and EPS consensus is $0.39) As part of the announcement today, MedCath is providing the following Revised Outlook for its fiscal 2008, which ends September 30, 2008. MDTH sees revenues between $620.0 to $630.0 million. (FY08 revenue consensus is $688.27 million)
Cheniere Energy (AMEX: LNG) 15% LOWER; continues to see downside this week after falling about 30% last week on news that the Company's CFO, Don Turkleson, sold Cheniere shares in order to cover a margin call.

Packeteer, Inc. (Nasdaq: PKTR) 12.8% HIGHER; Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCSI) signed a definitive agreement with Packeteer, a leader in WAN optimization and WAN traffic prioritization technologies, under which Blue Coat will acquire Packeteer for $7.10 per share in cash, or approximately $268 million. Packeteer closed at $6.18 on Friday.
CIRCOR International (NYSE: CIR) 12.2% HIGHER; after the close on Friday, CIRCOR raised its Q1 EPS guidance from $0.54-$0.58, including charges, to $0.74-$0.77, which also includes charges. The Street is currently estimating EPS of $0.58 for CIRCOR's Q1.
ReneSola (NYSE: SOL) 10.3% HIGHER; continues to see upside following Thursday's announced that the Company increased its previously issued full year production output and revenue guidance for 2008: FY08 production output is now expected to be in the range of 310 megawatts (MW) to 320 MW, up from the Company's previously issued guidance of 300 MW. FY08 revs are expected to be in the range of $530-$550 million, as compared to the Company's previously issued guidance of US$480 million. The consensus is $521.6 million.
Full House Resorts (AMEX: FLL) 9.7% HIGHER; Morgan Joseph initiates coverage on Full House with a Buy rating and a $3.50 price target.
Colonial BancGroup, Inc. (NYSE: CNB) 9.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.16 vs. consensus of $0.27.
Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS) 9.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, 11 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $704.2 million vs. consensus of $582.60 million.
Enterra Energy Trust (NYSE: ENT) 9% HIGHER; shares of Enterra have recently seen strength on no news. The stock is up about 20% since the beginning of last week. Investors could be speculating about the possibility of an upcoming announcement.
