Sten Corp. (Nasdaq: STEN) 44% HIGHER; continues to rise today after strong earnings reported yesterday. Sten normally trades about 6,000 times a day, but today the Company's stock has already traded hands about 250,000 times.

Tessera Technologies (Nasdaq: TSRA) 40% LOWER; today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has rejected the Company's re-examination claim. Consequently, this means that Siliconware (Nasdaq: SPIL) has won the re-examination patent case. Shares have been halted.

Obagi Medical Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMPI) 31.2% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.. Revenues for the quarter were $27.3 million, versus the consensus of $ million. Sees FY08 EPS in the range of $0.94-$0.98 and sales of $120-$125 million. The Street estimates are $0.98 and $127.65 million, respectively.

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. (NYSE: JTX) 29.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.61, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.99. Revenues came in at $97.6 million, versus the consensus of $118.35 million. Sees FY adjusted EPS of $1.48-$1.60, which may not compare to the consensus of $2.08. Sees FY revenues of $282-$292 million, versus the consensus of $309.9 million.

Theravance, Inc. (Nasdaq: THRX) 22% LOWER; has been informed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that the February 27th planned review of telavancin by the Anti-Infective Drugs Advisory Committee (AIDAC) was cancelled on February 23rd in order to allow time for the FDA to further evaluate study site monitoring and study conduct to ensure data integrity in the ATLAS Phase 3 program for the treatment of complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI).

Finisar Corporation (Nasdaq: FNSR) 21% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.02 (ex-items), in-line with estimates. Revenues were $112.7 million vs. $111.51 million consensus.

LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: LF) 18.6% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.51, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenues for the quarter were $181.3 million, versus the consensus of $183.98 million.

Prana Biotechnology Limited (Nasdaq: PRAN) 17.8% HIGHER; confirms that it has entered into confidentiality arrangements with several large pharmaceutical companies and is in various stages of discussion in respect of the licensing of its lead compound PBT2. The Company wishes to emphasize that neither Prana nor any other party is obliged to conclude a transaction.

Atherogenics (Nasdaq: AGIX) 14.4% HIGHER; NASDAQ today announced that the Company has regained compliance with its Listing Qualifications Panel.

The Finish Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: FINL) 9.6% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement with Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) and UBS for the termination of the merger agreement with Finish Line and the settlement of all related litigation among Finish Line and Genesco and UBS.

Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: BRL) 8.4% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey has ruled in favor of its subsidiary, Barr Laboratories, Inc., in the challenge of the patent listed by Bayer Schering Pharma, AG in connection with Bayer Schering's Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) oral contraceptive.
