Thorburg Mortgage (NYSE: TMA) 45.6% LOWER; announced a 1-year reverse repurchase override agreement and proposed $1 billion public offering of convertible notes. Thorburg has also agreed to suspend its common stock dividend during the term of the agreement, although it will be permitted to declare a dividend in December 2008, payable in January 2009, of up to 87% of its taxable income for 2008. In addition, the company will suspend its preferred dividend if the amount in the liquidity reserve falls below 5% of the outstanding balance of the reverse repurchase agreement borrowings for three consecutive months.

Internap Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP) 30.2% LOWER; Delays 10K.

XFMedia (Nasdaq: XFML) 29.1% HIGHER; today announced that two of the Fortune China financial television programs have added landing coverage to a total of eighty terrestrial television channels across 24 of China's 31 provinces and provincial-level municipalities.

EnerNoc (Nasdaq: ENOC) 21.5% HIGHER; upgraded from Hold to Buy at Canaccord Adams.

3Com Corp. (Nasdaq: COMS) 21.3% LOWER; announced that it will proceed with its shareholder meeting on Friday, March 21 in order to vote on its pending $2.2 billion takeover by Bain Capital Partners. The bid represents a $5.30 per share offer.

ReneSola Ltd. (NYSE: SOL) 20.6% LOWER; Q4 net revenues were US$96.0 million, an increase of 197.6% from US$32.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2006. Q4 2007 basic and diluted earnings per share were US$0.17 and US$0.17, respectively, and basic and diluted earnings per ADS were US$0.34 and US$0.34, respectively. As shares climbed more than 28% yesterday, today's move may be a "sell the news" reaction.

SI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SINT) 20.5% LOWER; revised its previously announced first quarter and full year FY08 guidance. Based on current trends, the Company is now forecasting that revenues for first quarter FY08 will be between $128 million and $130 million. Net Income is expected to be in the range of $3.2 million to $3.6 million, and diluted earnings per share are expected to be between $0.24 and $0.27 on a weighted average share count of 13.4 million shares for the first quarter FY08. (Consensus is $136.44 million and $0.33, respectively)

Lindsay Corp. (NYSE: LNN) 19.1% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.79, versus the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenues for the quarter were $108.4 million, versus the consensus of $83.40 million.

Halozyme Therapeutics (Nasdaq: HALO) 16% HIGHER; is jumping today despite no company specific move.

MF Global Ltd. (NYSE: MF) 15.8% HIGHER; indicated today that repeated rumors regarding its liquidity position are without merit. MF Global retains close to $1.4 billion in unused committed liquidity facilities, which have not been drawn upon in the past two weeks. Its equity derivatives business continues to perform well globally and the company has raised margin requirements as a result of continued market volatility and dislocations.

Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) 14.5% HIGHER; Regulators reduce capital requirements for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from 30% to 20%. This will free up about $200 million for new home loan funding.
