Interphase Corp. (Nasdaq: INPH) 26.4% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.57, versus loss of $0.20 last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.7 million, which compares to $5.2 million last year.

Phase Forward Incorporated (NASDAQ: PFWD) 26% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.13, even with the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $58.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $58.59 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $0.54 - $0.60, compared to $0.63 consensus. The stock was also downgraded to Hold at Needham & Company.

Power-One (NASDAQ: PWER) 18.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $142 million, which compares to the estimate of $114.87 million.

Culp (NYSE: CFI) 16.9% LOWER; traders are likely taking profits today as the stock has not closed in the red since January 22. Volume is heavy today.

NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV) 16.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.04, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $36.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $36.70 million. The stock was also downgraded at both Northland Securities and Sidoti.

Bebe Stores (NASDAQ: BEBE) 16.1% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $141.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $145.01 million. The stock was also upgraded to Buy at Roth Capital.

Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) 16% HIGHER; reports a Q2 loss of $0.02, 1 cent worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $57.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $54.07 million.

Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC) 14% LOWER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.11, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter was $15.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $17.26 million.

Sport Chalet (Nasdaq: SPCHB) 10.5% HIGHER; the stock is continuing higher today following Q3 results on Wednesday of this week. Shares are up almost 40% this week.

Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) 9.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.06, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.29). Revenue for the quarter was $1.2 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.04 billion.
