Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO) 30% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24, versus the consensus of $0.31. Revenues came in at $36.3 million, versus the consensus of $35.05 million. Sees 2008 revenues of $170 million, versus the consensus of $186.6 million.
IDM Pharma (Nasdaq: IDMI) 28.4% HIGHER; continues to see high volume and volatility today, extending a trade trend that has played out over February. Last week, on Monday, the stock opened at $0.79, rose to $3.81 on Tuesday, and closed the week on Friday at $1.68.
Allscripts (Nasdaq: MDRX) 25.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.14, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenues for the quarter were $73.4 million, versus the consensus of $79.29 million.
FARO Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: FARO) 18.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, versus the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenues for the quarter were $59.2 million, versus the consensus of $53.04 million.
Netgear (Nasdaq: NTGR) 17% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.41, 4 cents below analyst estimates of $0.45. Revenues for the quarter were $198.3 million, versus the consensus of $199.39 million. Q1 revenues 201-205 million versus 207.4 million.
Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR) 16.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.46, 18 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenues for the quarter were $747 million, versus the consensus of $700 million. Q1 EPS 25-29 cents versus consensus of 23 cents.

Liz Claiborne Inc. (NYSE: LIZ) 16% LOWER; sees 2007 adj EPS of $1.25 - $1.35 compared to previous adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $1.70 - $1.80. The consensus is $1.73. Liz Claiborne said these estimated results reflect continued weak results in the Partnered Brands segment which includes the brands under strategic review, partially offset by positive performance in the Direct Brands segment. Adjusted diluted EPS for the fourth quarter of 2007 is currently estimated to be in the range of $0.15 - $0.25. Net sales for the fourth quarter of 2007 were approximately $1.211 billion. The consensus is $0.63 and $1.23 billion, respectively
Denny's Corporation (Nasdaq: DENN) 14.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.17, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenues for the quarter were $220.3 million, versus the consensus of $216.36 million.
Avis Budget Group, Inc. (NYSE: CAR) 11.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenues for the quarter were $1.39 billion, versus the consensus of $1.41 billion.
Advanced Medical Optics (NYSE: EYE) 10.5% HIGHER; reported a Q4 loss of $0.03 (ex-items), 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $304.6 million vs. consensus of $287.35 million. EYE sees FY08 revenues between $1.22-$1.24 billion vs. prior guidance of $1.23-$1.25 billion. The Company also sees adjusted EPS between $1.25-$1.45 vs. prior guidance of $1.55-$1.75. (FY08 revenue consensus is $1.22 billion and EPS consensus is $1.37). EYE is also announcing today plans to reduce its fixed costs in order to further enhance its global competitiveness, operating leverage and cash flow. The plan includes a net workforce reduction of approximately 150 positions, or about 4% of the company’s global workforce.
WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) 8.9% HIGHER; is rising today on speculation that the Company could be the target of a takeover bid. Shares of WellCare saw a significant drop in fall of 2007 after federal agents raided the company's headquarters. In late January, the company announced a number of management changes including the CEO, CFO and General Counsel. The stock has doubled since the fall '07 lows, but is still down over 50% from the pre-raid price.
