Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY) 34% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.04, 5 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenues for the quarter were $52 million, versus the consensus of $58.22 million. Sees FY08 revs of $210 to $230 million, versus the consensus of $264.8.

Cadence Design Systems (Nasdaq: CDNS) 30% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.46, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenues for the quarter were $458 million, versus the consensus of $470.33 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.03-$0.05, versus the consensus of $0.30. Sees FY EPS of $1.11-$1.19, versus the consensus of $1.35.

Standard Pacific (NYSE: SPF) 28.3% HIGHER; is surging with much of the homebuilding industry. Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM) reported weak Q4 earnings, with a $3.54 loss per share, but the sector is jumping today. If stocks move higher on bad news, market pundits will often say it is nearing or has hit a bottom.

TiVo Inc. (Nasdaq: TIVO) 26.9% HIGHER; announced it has signed a research partnership with CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS).

Harris Stratex Networks (Nasdaq: HSTX) 24.9% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.21, 3 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenues for the quarter were $181.1 million, versus the consensus of $173.67 million. Sees '08 EPS of $0.85-$0.95, versus the consensus of $1.06.

Concur Technologies (Nasdaq: CNQR) 22.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.07, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $49.4 million, versus the consensus of $46.03 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.17, versus the consensus of $0.10 and revenues of $50 million, versus $48.5 million. Concur also expects FY08 non-GAAP EPS of $0.74, versus the Street estimate of $0.44.

Audible Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBL) 22.3% HIGHER; Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) has reached an agreement to acquire Audible for $11.50 per share.

Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI) 17.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.00, ex-items, and revenues of $1.96 billion.

RightNow Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNOW) 17.7% LOWER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.07, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenues for the quarter were $30.7 million, versus the consensus of $29.63 million.

Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) 17% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.93, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenues for the quarter came in at $602.7, versus the consensus of $600.8 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $4.30, versus the consensus of $4.26. Is also feeling upside pressure due to a number of analyst upgrades.

TurboChef Technologies (Nasdaq: OVEN) 14.9% LOWER; Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) said they will stop selling hot breakfast sandwiches. TurboChef makes the super-quick ovens that heat up the sandwiches.
