NuCO2 Inc. (Nasdaq: NUCO) 18.7% HIGHER; signed a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Aurora Capital Group, in a transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately $487 million. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Aurora will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of NuCO2 for $30.00 per share in cash.
