NeoStem, Inc. (Amex: NBS) 23.3% HIGHER; announced that it recently was advised that its Suzhou Erye Pharmaceutical subsidiary received approval as of November 6, 2009 from the State Food and Drug Administration in China to manufacture and sell omeprazole 20mg capsules.
Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: KFS) 19.7% HIGHER; has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with The Westaim Corporation pursuant to which, subject to the satisfaction of certain standard closing conditions, including receipt of the approval of the Minister of Finance (Canada), the Company will sell all of the issued and outstanding shares of Jevco Insurance Company to Westaim for an aggregate purchase price of approximately 94.5% of the book value of Jevco as at December 31, 2009, subject to adjustments.
ZAGG Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 18.4% LOWER; the stock is breaking below the $3 level today. Volume is very heavy.

BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE: BBX) 15.5% LOWER; continuing lower this week. The stock fell 9% on Friday after rising nearly 14% on Thursday of last week.
PrivateBancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVTB) 15% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.30, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Net interest income was $99.56 million, compared to $59.15 million for the same period in 2008.
PowerSecure International, Inc. (NASDAQ: POWR) 14.1% HIGHER; today announced a strong start to 2010 sales, with new business awards in late December and early January totaling approximately $35 million. This new business includes $15 million of contracts to install its smart grid Interactive Distributed Generation(R) power systems at hospitals, data centers, retail sites, industrial facilities, and utilities, and $20 million of new business from major grocery and drug retailers for the Company's EfficientLights(R) LED lighting technology.
