SGOCO Group, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SGOC) 65.9% HIGHER; Issued an update on growth initiatives and new management appointments into its annual meting.

Daqo New Energy Corp. (NYSE:
DQ) 31.7% HIGHER; announced the appointment of Mr. Arthur Wong as an independent director. Mr. Wong will also serve as the chair for the Company's Audit Committee, a member of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Wong's appointment becomes effective on December 24, 2012.

Lucas Energy, Inc. (AMEX: LEI) 21.7% HIGHER; moving back above the $1.35 - $1.40 level on volume. Announced a small asset sale on Monday. Click here for more color.

Capital Trust (NYSE: CT) 14.3% HIGHER; Blackstone Holding III disclosed a 17.1 percent stake late last Friday. The filing also said, "John G. Schreiber and Michael B. Nash were appointed to serve on the board of directors of the Issuer (with John G. Schreiber appointed to serve as the chairman of the board) and in such capacities, may have influence over the corporate activities of the Issuer, including activities which may relate to items described in subparagraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D."

Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED) 12.7% LOWER; Edward Powers announced plans to resign as interim Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer of the Company.

GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL) 10.6% HIGHER; continuing higher after announcing it was segregate activities related to the "Smiles" loyalty program, currently managed by the subsidiary VRG Linhas Aereas S.A. ("VRG") and which will henceforth be conducted by Smiles S.A., a recently constituted company controlled by the Company. GOL make file an IPO for the unit.

ReneSola (NYSE: SOL) 10.5% HIGHER; solars might be reacting to the appointment of Shinzo Abe as Japan's prime minister. Last week it was expected that more M&A would take place in the Chinese solar segment, giving companies a little boost.

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) 6.6% LOWER; lower as retail sales growth slowed to a trickle this holiday season. For more, click here.

Central European Distribution Corp (Nasdaq: CEDC) 4.6% LOWER; Pursuant to the Amended and Restated Securities Purchase Agreement, dated July 9, 2012, between Central European Distribution Corp. and Roust Trading Ltd., CEDC issued 3 million shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share to Roust Trading on December 20, 2012.

Velti plc (Nasdaq: VELT) 5.9% LOWER; slumping near the $5 price level. The stock has made a nice run up from the $3.25 level, with investors doing some profit taking now.

ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW) 5.4% LOWER; slumping into an IPO lock-up expiration.
