Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (AMEX: HEB) 43.8% LOWER; briefing documents were posted today. The FDA, in part, said Ampligen lacked the required carcinogenicity tests.

Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) 23.6% HIGHER; Nielsen Holdings N.V. (NYSE: NLSN) proposed to acquire Arbitron for $48 per share.

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: VNDA) 20.8% HIGHER; announced positive results from the SET (Safety and Efficacy of Tasimelteon) Phase III study, evaluating tasimelteon, a circadian regulator for the treatment of Non-24-Hour Disorder (Non-24). Tasimelteon succeeded in the primary endpoint of Entrainment of the melatonin (aMT6s) rhythm as compared to placebo.

Lucas Energy, Inc. (AMEX: LEI) 17.2% LOWER; announced that the Company's $22 million senior secured promissory note due to Nordic Oil USA I, LP, is past due and Nordic has filed a lawsuit against the Company to seek repayment of the note and a judicial foreclosure of the properties acquired from Nordic.

Galena Biopharma (Nasdaq: GALE) 17.1% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 15,156,250 units at a public offering price of $1.60 per unit, or total gross proceeds of $24.25 million. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and a warrant to purchase 0.5 share of common stock at an exercise price of $1.90 per share.

Goodrich Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: GDP) 15.4% HIGHER; saw a few insiders exercise options, as disclosed on Monday night.

Uranium Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: URRE) 13.7% LOWER; pulling back after rising 24 percent Monday on the Japanese election results. Today, the company announced that it has filed a proxy statement to seek shareholder approval of a reverse stock split. The Company also announced the closing of $5 million in bridge financing with Resource Capital Fund V L.P. and the Company’s plan to undertake a shareholder rights offering in 2013.

LogMeIn (Nasdaq: LOGM) 12.8% HIGHER; Northland Securities started coverage at Outperform today.

GT Advanced Technologies (Nasdaq: GTAT) 12.1% LOWER; announced its guidance range for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2012 and provided its preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2013 ending December 31, 2013. For more color, click here.
