(AMEX: ISR) 111% HIGHER; announced today that on October 10, 2009, doctors from the Department of Radiation Oncology performed the world's first Cesium-131(Cs-131) implant for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Dr. Parashar stated, "The patient tolerated the procedure well and had no evidence of cancer recurrence or any side effects that can be attributed to the Cesium-131 seed implant at the last follow-up visit." The stock normally trades around 50,000 shares per day, but today it has already traded 4.3 million times.
Bank of Florida (Nasdaq: BOFL) 33.9% HIGHER; yesterday the stock broke above the $1 level for the first time since November. Shares are continuing higher once again today. The stock surged more than 43% yesterday.

Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
