Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 1/21: ISR, BOFL, HAFC, FIT, FBP Higher; APWR, ISPH, HEAT, DROOY Lower

IsoRay, Inc. (AMEX: ISR) 111% HIGHER; announced today that on October 10, 2009, doctors from the Department of Radiation Oncology performed the world's first Cesium-131(Cs-131) implant for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Dr. Parashar stated, "The patient tolerated the procedure well and had no evidence of cancer recurrence or any side effects that can be attributed to the Cesium-131 seed implant at the last follow-up visit." The stock normally trades around 50,000 shares per day, but today it has already traded 4.3 million times.

Bank of Florida (Nasdaq: BOFL) 33.9% HIGHER; yesterday the stock broke above the $1 level for the first time since November. Shares are continuing higher once again today. The stock surged more than 43% yesterday.

Hanmi Financial (Nasdaq: HAFC) 22.9% HIGHER; the stock has not closed in negative territory since January 8. Over the last 7 trading sessions, shares have nearly doubled.

Health Fitness Corporation (Amex: FIT) 20.9% HIGHER; Trustmark Mutual Holding Company to acquire Health Fitness for $8.78 per share in cash. The deal is valued at $97 million.

First Bancorp (NYSE: FBP) 20.2% HIGHER; traders seem to be moving from the big banks (following Obama's most recent "War on Wall Street" announcement) to regionals.

Frontier Financial (Nasdaq: FTBK) 19.7% HIGHER; could be breaking out on techinicals today. We are not hearing any company-specific news, yet volume is very heavy. Shares have moved over $4 today.

A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. (Nasdaq: APWR) 17.5% LOWER; today announced that it has closed a private placement for $83 million in cash with several institutional investors. The Company issued to institutional investors 5,777,932 Common Shares at a price of $14.37 per share. In addition, the Company issued to the investors warrants to purchase an aggregate of 2,888,966 Shares, 2,099,822 of the warrants are exercisable at $16.90 per Share and the remainder are exercisable at $16.91 per Share.

Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPH) 15.6% LOWER; announced today that its Phase 3 clinical trial (Trial 03-113) of PROLACRIA (diquafosol tetrasodium ophthalmic solution) 2% for the treatment of dry eye disease did not meet its primary endpoint (p = 0.526) or its secondary endpoint (p = 0.368).

SmartHeat (Nasdaq: HEAT) 11.8% LOWER; technicians are all over this one today as the stock has broken below the $15 support level. With more than 2 hours left in the trading session, the stock has already traded more times than its average volume for a whole session.

DRDGold (Nasdaq: DROOY) 11.8% LOWER; hearing that the company will buy 50% of Ergo from Mintalks for R82 million.

TSYS (NYSE: TSS) 11.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.31, versus the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter was $430.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $435.53 million. Sees FY10 revs of $1.616 - $1.648 billion, compared to $1.75 billion consensus. Also sees FY10 EPS of $0.95 - $0.97, versus $1.21 consensus.
