CAI International (NYSE: CAP) 9.7% LOWER; announced, subject to market and other conditions, a public offering of approximately $70 million of shares of its common stock

AVEO Oncology (Nasdaq: AVEO) 8.7% LOWER; AVEO and Astellas Pharma Inc. announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted for filing the New Drug Application (NDA) for tivozanib with the proposed indication for the treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
