Skyline Medical Inc. (Nasdaq: SKLN) 159.4% HIGHER; announces that it has received a Medical Device Establishment License to sell the STREAMWAY System and related disposables in Canada.

Amedica Corporation (Nasdaq: AMDA) 30.5% LOWER; notified that the FDA did not clear its 510(k) premarket application to commercialize Valeo C+CsC, a composite spinal fusion device, even though the device is marketed in Europe with successful outcomes.

CareDx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDNA) 30.0% HIGHER; announced that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued final changes to the CY 2017 Medicare Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS). These fee changes included AlloMap, which reverted from a proposed rate of $1,920 back to the current reimbursement rate of $2,821. CMS mentioned that changes were based on public input on the preliminary determinations and final 2016 gapfill files issued on September 30, 2016.

China Natural Resources (Nasdaq: CHNR) 21.9% LOWER; pulling back following a 54 percent run higher on Monday.

Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSE: ASM) 21.7% LOWER; announces it has entered into an underwriting agreement dated November 21, 2016, with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, as sole bookrunner, and Rodman & Renshaw, a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, as lead manager, and certain co-managers, to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 6,370,000 units of the Company at the price of $1.57 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $10 million in Canada and the United States of America.

Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY) 20.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.67, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $799.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $801.34 million. Dycom Industries sees Q2 2017 EPS of $0.61-$0.73, versus the consensus of $0.71. Dycom Industries sees Q2 2017 revenue of $640-670 million, versus the consensus of $667 million.

DryShips (Nasdaq: DRYS) 18.4% LOWER; continuing lower following a ridiculous move above $100 last week.

Burlington Stores (NYSE: BURL) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.51, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.32 billion. Comparable store sales increased 3.7 percent. Burlington Stores sees FY2016 EPS of $3.11-$3.15, versus prior guidance of $2.92-$2.96 and the consensus of $2.98.

Movado Group (NYSE: MOV) 13.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.91, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $179.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.32 million. Movado Group sees FY2017 EPS of $1.40-$1.55, versus the consensus of $1.46. Movado Group sees FY2017 revenue of $555-560 million.

Fate Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: FATE) 10.5% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement with certain institutional and other accredited investors. The private placement is being led by Redmile Group LLC with participation from BVF Partners L.P., EcoR1 Capital LLC and Franklin Advisers, Inc. as well as certain individual investors including members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Gross proceeds from the private placement are expected to be approximately $57 million dollars.

Sina Corp (Nasdaq: SINA) 10.0% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $272.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $265.3 million. DAUs were 132 million and MAUs were 297 million.
