Global Education & Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: GEDU) 26.9 HIGHER; Global Education & Tech catching a bid with volume about 10 tmes normal at mid-day. Shares appeaar to be pushing above the $4.00 resistance level.

K-V Pharmaceutical Company (NYSE: KV-A) 26.0% HIGHER; KV Pharma catching a bid Friday, possibly following an announcement the FDA revoked Roche's (OTCBB: RHHBY) Avastin indication for breast cancer, though the two may not be related.

Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR) 24% LOWER; the stock has now been halted 4 times on circuit breakers following reports from the WSJ the company is debating making its debt payment on Dec. 1st.

China Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMED) 21.0% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.53, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.75 million. Sees FY12 EPS of $1.94 to $1.98, versus the consensus of $1.81, and revenue of $152.1 to $153.7 million, versus the consensus of $154.35 million. China Medical sees Q312 EPS of $0.50 to $0.52, andrevenue of $38.4 to $39.2 million.

InvenSense (Nasdaq: INVN) 17% HIGHER; stock performing well after the IPO just Wednesday. The stock was up about 6 percent from the open on its first day, fell almost 3 percent on Thursday, but today's traders are taking a liking to it.

Central European Distribution (Nasdaq: CEDC) 13.9% LOWER; downgraded at Credit Suisse and Nomura this morning. The Nomura analyst, notably, said the company is "running out of time," and set a $0 price target.

America's Car Mart, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRMT) 12.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.77, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $99.58 million.

MTS Systems Corp (NASDAQ: MTSC) 12.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.94, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $131.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.88 million.

Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 11% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.34, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $584 million versus the consensus estimate of $571.42 million. Salesforce.com sees fiscal 2012 revenue of $2.26 to $2.60 billion, versus the consensus of $2.23 billion. Salesforce.com also sees FY13 revenue of $2.88 to$2.92 billion, versus the consensus of $2.79 billion.

Dole Food Company (NYSE: DOLE) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q3 GAAP EPS of ($0.54), which does not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.02 billion.
