Recon Technology, Ltd. (Nasdaq: RCON) 88.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 loss of 9 cents, or (RMB0.59) vs. (RMB0.86) last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB8.43 million versus RMB3.59 million last year.
Tranzyme Pharma (Nasdaq: TZYM), 75.2% LOWER; announced top-line results of the preliminary analysis of the first of two Phase 2b trials assessing the safety and efficacy of its oral ghrelin agonist, TZP-102 in diabetic patients with gastroparesis. The results, which evaluated patients who were given a single daily dose of 10 mg of TZP-102, 20 mg of TZP-102 or placebo for 12 weeks indicate the trial did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint.
Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG) 55.4% HIGHER; BFC Financial Corporation (OTCBB: BFCF) and Bluegreen have terminated their November 2011 merger agreement and entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Bluegreen will be acquired in about $10 per share in cash.
China Auto Logistics (Nasdaq: CALI) 54.3% HIGHER; shares are on the up-and-up once again today, following the filing of resutls for its third-quarter early Wednesday. The company said revs rose 78 percent to $170.5 million, led by an 83 percent gain in Auto Sales revs. Amid the jump in revs, net income fell to $1.52 million as high-margin web ads fell.
Velti plc (Nasdaq: VELT) 34.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.03), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $62.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.05 million. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $97.1-113.1 million, versus the consensus of $121.17 million.
DGSE Companies, Inc. (AMEX: DGSE) 31.4% LOWER; announced that it has received notification from NYSE MKT and NYSE Regulation, Inc. that DGSE’s common shares will resume trading on NYSE MKT as of today, Thursday, November 15, 2012. Shares have been halted since last April.
Safe Bulkers (NYSE: SB) 30.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.95 million.

(Nasdaq: ACRX) 13.4% HIGHER; announced top-line data showing that the open-label Phase 3 study of its investigational sublingual (under the tongue) Sufentanil NanoTab PCA (patient-controlled analgesia) System met its primary endpoint of non-inferiority in patient global assessment (PGA) with method of pain control in comparison to intravenous (IV) PCA with morphine.
E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) 13.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.95), $0.70 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.99 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $265 million, versus expectations of $259.72 million.

StreetInsider.com should check the released numbers before posting garbage. This is the 2nd time they today that they post WRONG numbers.
