Cimatron Limited (NASDAQ: CIMT) 61.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.10, versus a loss of $0.06 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $8.7 million, compared to $7.2 million in Q309.

Pacific Capital Bancorp (Nasdaq: PCBC) 30.9% HIGHER; announced today that it had returned to profitability after the completion of its recapitalization transactions during Q3.

Bionovo, Inc. (Nasdaq: BNVI) 31.7% HIGHER; the U.S. FDA has approved the company's total clinical development plan for Menerba, its drug candidate for menopausal hot flashes.

Smart Technologies Inc. (NYSE: SMT) 28.5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of C$0.33, vs. the consensus of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at C$222.7 million, compared to the consensus of $233.84 million. Cuts its FY11 sales guidance from $850-$885 million to $770-$805 million. The stock was also downgraded at BofA and RBC Capital.

First Security Global (Nasdaq: FSGI) 22.1% LOWER; last night reported a Q3 loss of $1.92, vs. a loss of $1.84 reported during the same quarter last year. The stock was also downgraded at Raymond James this morning.

China Agritech Inc. (Nasdaq: CAGC) 20.5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, versus the consensus of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.89 million, compared to the consensus of $37.31 million.

Green Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRNB) 20.0% :OWER; after the market yesterday, announced that they have givenn otice to the U.S. Treasury Department that the Company is suspending the payment of regular quarterly cash dividends on the Company’s Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, issued to the U.S. Treasury Department. The dividends would accrue deferred payment. Additionally the Company has also exercised its rights to defer regularly scheduled interest payments on all of its issues of junior subordinated debentures, relating to outstanding trust preferred securities (TRUPs), having an outstanding principal amount of $88.6 million. Under the terms of the trust documents, the Company may defer payments of interest for up to 20 consecutive quarterly periods without default or penalty. Janney Montgomery Scott also downgraded
the shares
from Neutral to Sell today, with a price target cut from
$4 to $2.

Industrial Services of America (Nasdaq: IDSA) 18.6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.28, versus $0.37 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $76.6 million, compared to $80.0 million in Q309.

Uranium Resources (Nasdaq: URRE) 18.5% HIGHER; continuing higher today amid the recent QE2 trade. Shares of URRE surged more than 31% on Monday, giving up just 4% of those gains yesterday. Volume is heavy today.

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK) 18.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.04, versus ($0.01) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $8.4 million, compared to $7.6 million in Q309.

VCG Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: VCGH) 16.7% HIGHER; announced that they have entered a Agreement and Plan of Merger with the Company's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Troy Lowrie, Family Dog, LLC, FD Acquisition Co., and the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, Micheal Ocello, to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of the Company held by public shareholders for $2.25 per share in cash in a going-private merger transaction where FD Acquisition Co. would merge with and into the Company, with the Company surviving the merger.
