TubeMogul (Nasdaq: TUBE) 81.5% HIGHER; Adobe announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TubeMogul for approximately $540 million net of debt and cash. Under the terms of the agreement, Adobe will commence a cash tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of TubeMogul for $14 per share.

DryShips (Nasdaq: DRYS) 62.3% HIGHER; seeing high-volume tading action Thursday.

Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANTH) 36.0% LOWER; announced that the CHABLIS-SC1 clinical trial with blisibimod for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) failed to meet its primary endpoint based upon the SLE Responder Index-6 (SRI-6) at 52 weeks. Although 47% of patients in the blisibimod arm versus 42% of patients in the placebo arm achieved this endpoint, the difference was not statistically significant.

CPI Card Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: PMTS) 33.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Walter Investment Management (NYSE: WAC) 18.0% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.17), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $297.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $325.38 million.

Kornit Digital (Nasdaq: KRNT) 17.0% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.79 million.
