Medivation, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDVN) 114.3% HIGHER; the company and partner Astellas Pharma said the Independent Data Monitoring Committee informed them of positive results from a planned interim analysis of the Phase 3 AFFIRM trial of MDV3100 in men with advanced prostate cancer. MDV3100 successfully met the study's pre-specified interim efficacy stopping criteria, demonstrating a clinically meaningful and statistically significant (p < 0.0001) improvement in overall survival compared to placebo.

ValueVision Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVTV) 37.0% LOWER; reported preliminary Q3 revs of $135 million, below the $144.14 million expected. The Company expects negative adjusted EBITDA in the range of ($0.5 million) to ($0.7 million), compared to adjusted EBITDA of $0.6 million in the year-ago period.

Dendreon Corp (Nasdaq: DNDN) 34.4% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of $0.56 per share, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.69). Revenue for the quarter came in at $64.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.98 million. The stock was downgraded at Goldman Sachs.

K-Swiss, Inc. (Nasdaq: KSWS) 31.2% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of $0.43 per share, 16 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.46 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.09 million. K-Swiss sees FY2011 revenue of $260 million, versus the consensus of $278.36 million.

Mercado Libre, Inc. (Nasdaq: MELI) 31.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.60, 17 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.67 million.

Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: OWW) 28.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $202.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.32 million. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $170 to $174 million, versus the consensus of $178.7 million, and revenue of $760 to $764 million, versus the consensus of $763.5 million.

Furniture Brands International, Inc. (NYSE: FBN) 28.3% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of $0.45 per share, 27 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $258 million versus the consensus estimate of $276.98 million.

Hansen Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: HNSN) 26.5% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of $0.18 per share, 3 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.49 million.

Fair Isaac Corp. (NYSE: FICO) 24.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Callon Petroleum (NYSE: CPE) 22.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.55 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.25 million.

Lamar Advertising Co (Nasdaq LAMR) 20.0% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.04, 3 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $296.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $292.39 million.
