Pseudobulbar affect, or PBA, occurs secondary to a number of unrelated neurological condition, and is characterized by involuntary, sudden, and frequent episodes of laughing and/or crying.

Wilmington Trust (NYSE: WL) 42.2% LOWER; to merge with M&T Bank (NYSE: MTB) in a deal valued at $341 million.
Wilmington Trust holders will get 0.51372 shares of M&T per share of WL they own. On a per share basis, the deal is valued at $3.84.

Biodel Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOD) 41.6% LOWER; received a Complete Response Letter from the FDA requesting additional information regarding its new drug application for Linjeta for the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control.

EXCO Resources, Inc. (NYSE: XCO) 31.0% HIGHER; announces Receipt of Proposal to Purchase All of Its Common Stock for $20.50 Per Share in Cash from its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Douglas H. Miller.

K-Sea Transportation (NYSE: KSP) 25.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 loss of $0.10, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter was $71.92 million, which compares to the estimate of $61.38 million.

Nam Tai Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: NTE) 23.9% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $174.74 million, which compares to the estimate of $124.00 million.

Vertro, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTRO) 22.9% HIGHER; a couple of bullish articles on Seeking Alpha over the weekend may have investors buying shares today.

CNA Surety Corporation (NYSE: SUR) 19.5% HIGHER; CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE: CNA) proposed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of CNA Surety that are not currently owned by subsidiaries of CNA for $22.00 per share in cash.
