AXT Inc (NASDAQ: AXTI) 24.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.07, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter was $16.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $14.42 million. AXT estimates revenue for the fourth quarter will increase to between $17.0 million and $17.5 million.
