Ocean Power Technologies (Nasdaq: OPTT) 27.1% LOWER; On October 14, 2016, Ocean Power Technologies, Inc., entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Roth Capital Partners, LLC and Maxim Group LLC, on behalf of the several underwriters, for the public offering of 2,400,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $.001 per share, and an additional 360,000 shares of Common Stock to cover any over-allotments, at a price to the public of $2.75 per share. Biocept, Inc. Natural Health Trends Corp. (Nasdaq: NHTC) 22.4% LOWER; reported preliminary Q3 results. The Company estimates total revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 to be $70.7 million, which represents a decrease of 12% compared to $80.8 million in the third quarter of 2015. The Company further estimates that its deferred revenue at September 30, 2016 was $4.2 million, compared to $8.8 million at June 30, 2016. At September 30, 2015, deferred revenue was $4.5 million, compared to $8.2 million at June 30, 2015.
