Ninetowns (Nasdaq: NINE) 62.0% HIGHER; received a "go private" bid at $1.80 - $2.00 per share.

Aeterna Zentaris (Nasdaq: AEZS) 22.1% LOWER; priced a 6.6 million unit offering at $2.50 per unit. Each unit consisting of one common share and 0.45 of a warrant to purchase one common share.

OCZ Technology Group (Nasdaq: OCZ) 18.3% LOWER; affirmed a delay in filing its 10-Q due to "the impact of customer incentive programs which were discovered during the normal close process." OCZ also noted that it wouldn't be able to estimate the "exact filing date of the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended August 31, 2012."

Travelzoo (Nasdaq: TZOO) 17.2% LOWER; sees revs of $35 million to $35.5 million and EPS of 20 cents to 22 cents, versus consensus views calling for revs of $38.9 million and EPS of 27 cents.

Glu Mobile’s (Nasdaq: GLUU) 16.3% HIGHER; Needham and Company issued positive comments today, reaffirming its Strong Buy call as well.

TranS1 Inc. (Nasdaq: TSON) 10.0% HIGHER; detailed its distribution agreement with Jiade Sunshine. Under the Agreement, Jiade has agreed to place an initial order for a specified minimum amount of products within 30 days after the effective date of the Agreement, and to place additional orders on at least an annual basis for a specified minimum amount of products. The initial order will total a minimum of $1,360,000. The Agreement has an initial term of four years and is renewable for up to four one-year renewal periods. The Agreement may be terminated by the Company if Jiade fails to fulfill the minimum purchase requirements. The Agreement may be terminated by either party for cause as specified in the Agreement. The Agreement provides the Company (or its accountants) the right, during the term of the Agreement and for a period of one year after its expiration, to audit the accounting records of Jiade to verify compliance with its obligations under the Agreement. The Agreement also contains customary representations and warranties, as well as customary terms with respect to limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality and non-competition.
