OCZ Technology (Nasdaq: OCZ) 39.1% LOWER; said it would delay its Q213 10-Q filing, seeing revs materially lower, negative gross margin, and "significant" net loss.

Accuride Corporation (NYSE: ACW) 33.2% LOWER; said its expected 2012 performance will be below its previously announced guidance for 2012. The company cited "...softening industry conditions and key customer developments."

Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLNT) 32.1% HIGHER; announced that the Company has received new and follow-on purchase orders for its airflow dyeing machines and related components from its new and existing domestic customers. The purchase orders provide for Cleantech Solutions to deliver a total of 23 units of airflow dyeing machines and components for a total purchase price of RMB13.8 million (approximately $2.2 million).

Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE) 23.7% LOWER; announced that adjusted earnings for 2012 are now expected to be $0.07 to $0.12 per diluted share, after adjusting for special charges. The Street sees EPS of $0.17.

True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRLG) 21.0% HIGHER; announced that after receiving indications of interest from third parties regarding a potential transaction with the Company, the Board of Directors has formed a Special Committee comprised of its non-management directors to explore and evaluate potential strategic alternatives available to the Company, including a possible sale, in order to maximize shareholder value.

Glu Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: GLUU) 14.6% LOWER; affirmed Q3 outlook, but said it did not have any "breakout" titles in the quarter.

Keegan Resources Inc. (AMEX: KGN) 14.4% HIGHER; reported results of a revised mineral resource estimate for its Esaase gold project in Ghana, West Africa. The company reported Measured and Indicated resources of 68.92 million tonnes averaging 1.73 grams per tonne gold for 3.83 million ounces and inferred resource of 22.23 million tonnes averaging 1.75 grams per tonne gold for 1.25 million ounces.

Kid Brands, Inc. (NYSE: KID) 14.2% HIGHER; acting CEO Raphael Benaroya disclosed purchasing 250,000 shares in the open market. For more on the Form 4 filing, click here.

Helen of Troy Limited (Nasdaq: HELE) 10.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, 13 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $287.41 million versus the consensus estimate of $310 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.50 - $3.60, versus prior guidance of $3.70 - $3.80 and the consensus of $3.76.
