Otelco Inc. (Nasdaq: OTT) 21.2% HIGHER; making a strong move above the $2 price level today, a level it hasn't been confidently above since the middle of August.
Green Dot Corp. (Nasdaq: GDOT) 19.9% LOWER; lower following Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) and AmEx (NYSE: AMX) announcing the launch of BlueBird today.
Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: REGI) 19.5% LOWER; said it now expects to report Adjusted EBITDA ranging from a loss of $2 million to a loss of $7 million. The company's prior guidance for Adjusted EBITDA was a gain of $10 million to $15 million. The company expects to report gallons of biodiesel sold in a range of 60 to 63 million, compared to prior guidance of 55 to 60 million.
NBT Bancorp Inc. (NBT) (Nasdaq: NBTB) 16.3% HIGHER; NBT and Alliance Financial Corporation (Alliance) (Nasdaq: ALNC) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Alliance will merge with and into NBT.

National Bank of Greece S.A. (NYSE: NBG) 12.4% HIGHER; submitted a voluntary share exchange offer (the “Tender Offer”) to acquire all the outstanding ordinary registered shares, with a par value of €2.22 per share, issued by Eurobank Ergasias S.A.
Affymetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFX) 15.1% LOWER; reported that based on preliminary financial data, the Company expects total revenue of approximately $80 million for the third quarter of 2012, with revenue of approximately $18 million from the eBioscience business. The Company expects to report cash-on-hand of approximately $39.6 million as of September 30, 2012, after a $3.5 million interest and principal payment on the Company’s senior debt. The Street is currently sees revs of $84.6 million.
Progress Software Corporation (Nasdaq: PRGS) 12.8% LOWER; announced that Jay Bhatt plans to step down as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director to pursue another leadership opportunity. In light of the CEO transition, the Company may experience some slippage in revenue growth in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2012 and therefore is not re-affirming the guidance previously issued for the fiscal fourth quarter of constant currency revenue growth of -2% to 1%. The Company, however, anticipates it will achieve a core segment operating margin for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2012 of at least 25%. The Company maintains a strong cash flow position principally due to the high maintenance renewal rates in its core business.
TPC Group Inc. (Nasdaq: TPCG) 11.9% HIGHER; has received a non-binding proposal to be acquired by Innospec Inc. (Nasdaq: IOSP). As part of this proposal, Innospec would pursue an acquisition of all of TPC Group's common shares for an all-cash purchase price in the range of $44 - $46 per share.
Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) 10.3% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded shares from $Equalweight to Overweight and price target of $85.
Oclaro, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCLR) 9.4% LOWER; announced preliminary revenues of approximately $149 million in its first fiscal quarter ending September 29, 2012, compared to the low end of its guidance of $154 million, previously issued on July 31, 2012. On July 23, 2012 the Oclaro/Opnext merger closed. The first fiscal quarter includes revenues from the former Opnext subsequent to the close of the merger. The Street sees revs of $162.2 million.
