Savient Pharma (Nasdaq: SVNT) 28.6% HIGHER; FDA approves Savient's krystexxa to treat gout.

C&D Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: CHP) 33.0% LOWER; reports Q2 adjusted loss of $0.19, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $83.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $91.0 million.

Universal Travel (NYSE: UTA) 26.4% LOWER; shares are tumbling this morning following a Business Insider report entitled "FRAUD ON THE NYSE? Chinese Travel Company Universal Travel Group (UTA) Appears to Be Mostly a Fiction". Volume is extremely heavy.

Harbor Biosciences' (Nasdaq: HRBR) 23.7% HIGHER; apoptone(R) for prostate cancer shows partial overall response in an ongoing Phase I/IIA clinical trial. According to the most recent results, one patient in the 350 mg group confirmed a partial overall response to the disease, however, the median time to progression was not reached. For the 100 mg cohort however, the TTP was 24 weeks.

Duoyuan Printing, Inc. (NYSE: DYP) 17.6% LOWER; continued selling pressure today following Monday's news that the CEO, CFO, and audit committee chair resgined, and the company dismissed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the independent auditor. The stock bounced back a little yesterday.

Golden Minerals Company (Amex: AUMN) 16.3% HIGHER; shares are continuing higher today following a 22% surge amid news that the company has discovered additional high grade intercepts at holes drilled on the El Quevar Yaxtch deposit and nearby Mani target area.

Fuqi International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FUQI) 15.1% HIGHER; might be moving higher as the company announced that they have opened a new jewelry showroom in Shenzhen, China. They are also participating in the 2010 Shen Zhen International Jewelry Fair. Shares are still down 70.1% YTD, from $19.42 on January 4, 2010.

VocalTec (Nasdaq: CALL) 12.3% HIGHER; shares appear to be breaking out technically today, pushing sharply over the $24 level. After falling nearly 10% on Monday, the stock rebounded by 8% yesterday and spiked sharply just before 11am ET on very heavy volume today.

Cal Dive (NYSE: DVR) 12% HIGHER; shares have just spiked sharply over the last few minutes of trading but we are not hearing any news. Several traders are noting increased call activity.

Opexa Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPXA) 8.9% LOWER; pulling back a little today after a nice close 13% higher yesterday, and 43% run on Monday. Investors might simply be taking some profit off the table on this one.

Power-One (Nasdaq: PWER) 8.5% LOWER; not hearing any news today. Shares have been trending lower since breaking below the heavily-watched 200-day smooth moving average late yesterday.
