Zillow (Nasdaq: Z) 25.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.00, versus ($0.16) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.8 million, versus $7.3 million reported last year.

Gulf Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: GURE) 20.8% HIGHER; announced that the Company's subsidiary Shouguang City Haoyuan Chemical Ltd. Co. has signed a compensation agreement with the local government of Yangkou Town, Shouguang City, PRC for costs related to the relocation of the Company's Factory No. 4 on August 22, 2011.

Life Partners Holdings (Nasdaq: LPHI) 20.1% LOWER; traders taking profits following a recent run-up. The stock surged 60 percent over the last 2 weeks.

Collective Brands (NYSE: PSS) 18.7% HIGHER; Board announced it will explore strategic alternatives. Reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $882.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $868.02 million.

Tivo, Inc. (Nasdaq: TIVO) 17.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.17), 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.6 million. Plans $100 million common buyback. Sees Q3 sales of $49 to $51 million, versus the $49.7 million consensus.

Aviat Networks (Nasdaq: AVNW) 16.2% LOWER; CFO resigns. Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of 5 cents, versus consensus of 2 cents per share, sales of $120.9 million versus $113.46 million consensus. Sees Q1 sales of $100 to $110 million, versus $115.57 million on the Street. Aviat's CFO Thomas L. Cronan, III, also resigned.

Brown Shoe Co., Inc. (NYSE: BWS) 15.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), 10 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $628.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $638.23 million. Brown Shoe sees FY11 EPS of $0.85 to$0.97, versus the consensus of $1.16. Brown Shoe also sees FY11 revenue of $2.68 to $2.71 billion, versus the consensus of $2.75 billion. Announced it will sell its AND 1 unit in a $55 million cash deal.

Camelot Information Systems (NYSE: CIS) 15% LOWER; continuing lower today after breaching the 200-day moving average yesterday. The stock is down more than 75 percent over the last month or so.

Patterson Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO) 12.0% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $847.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $872.94 million. Reaffirms its FY12 outlook: EPS of $1.90 to $2.00, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.96.
