Urban Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: URBN) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $676.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $671.6 million.
Daktronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAKT) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.37 million.
ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (AMEX: IMUC) 16.8% LOWER; appointed John S. Yu, MD, as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President, and has accepted the resignation of Manish Singh, PhD, effective immediately, from the CEO, President, and Board positions. Dr. Yu will continue to serve as Chief Scientific Officer and Chairman of the Board. ImmunoCellular has initiated a search for a permanent chief executive officer.

(NYSE: CAS) 15.0% HIGHER; Ryerson Inc. reported it intends "to engage in discussions and/or communications with the Company, its representatives or other persons concerning the business and operations of the Company and/or the strategic alternatives that may be available to the Company, including a possible acquisition of the Company by one or more of the Reporting Persons or their respective affiliates."
Astex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTX) 12.9% HIGHER; moving above the $2.55 level on strong volume. Shares are approaching a near-term resistance range at $2.77 - $2.80.
Wave Systems Corp. (Nasdaq: WAVX) 11.6% LOWER; after slipping below the $1 level today, the momentum mover hasn't gotten too far back above the mark. Shares have been volatile over the last several session after announcing the release of its Wave Cloud, a cloud-based service for enterprise-wide management of self-encrypting drives (SEDs).
Nordson Corp (Nasdaq: NDSN) 11.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.06, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Nordson Corp sees Q4 2012 revenue of $408-422 million, versus the consensus of $394.5 million.
Noah Education Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NED) 11.3% LOWER; expects to record a non-cash impairment charge in the range of RMB55 million to RMB60 million for intangible assets and goodwill in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2012, based on preliminary results of the Company's intangible assets impairment assessment and annual goodwill impairment test.
