Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRPT) 22.3% HIGHER; moving higher amid a positive mention about the pharma's drug for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Additionally, CEO Chris Garabedian spoke at Wedbush PacGrow Life Science Conference Tuesday.
