Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR) 17.6% HIGHER; traders buying the stock amid speculation about regulator approval of the AT&T (NYSE: T), T-Mobile deal. An analyst at Stifel Nicolaus now sees the likelihood of the deal going through at 49.5 percent, down from 54.7 percent in July.
