Blue Nile, Inc. (Nasdaq: NILE) 36.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $91 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.89 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.10-$0.14, versus the consensus of $0.17.

Zipcar, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZIP) 34.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.01), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.06 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $272-$278 million, versus the consensus of $290.8 million. Downgraded at JPMorgan, Cowen, Needham & Company, Oppenheimer, Morgan Stanley, and Avondale Partners.

MaxLinear (NYSE: MXL) 29.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.96 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $27-$28 million, versus the consensus of $25.82 million.

Knight Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: KCG) 26.7% HIGHER; higher following a 62 percent drop Thursday on trading loss expectations disclosed by the firm. Knight reported trading errors on Wednesday which led to overall market volatility for the first hour or so.

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 26.0% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.03 and revs of $104.6 million, versus consensus views calling for EPS of $0.08 and revs of $115.6 million. For more color, click here.

Mercado Libre, Inc. (Nasdaq: MELI) 23.0% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $87.64 million. JPMorgan also upgraded the stock to Overweight.

Pros Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PRO) 21.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.56 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $29.1-$29.7 million, versus the consensus of $29.8 million. Pros Holdings sees FY2012 revenue of $115.4-$116.6 million, versus the consensus of $115.5 million.

ZAGG, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 21.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.38 million. Obagi Medical Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMPI) 20.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.39 million.

comScore, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOR) 19.00% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.37, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Estimates may not compare. Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.26 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $60.5-$63.5 million, versus the consensus of $71.1 million.

Genco Shipping & Trading (NYSE: GNK) 15.7% HIGHER; continuing higher from a 44 percent gain Thursday on the back of second-quarter results. Genco also entered into amendments for a 2007 credit facility. From the release: "Under the terms of the agreements, Genco's scheduled amortization payments have been eliminated through and including the quarter ending December 31, 2013. As a result, the Company's next scheduled amortization payment under its three credit facilities will be due in the first quarter of 2014 in the amount totaling $55.2 million. Additionally, the existing waivers for both the maximum leverage ratio covenant and the interest coverage ratio covenant have been extended under all three facilities from March 31, 2013 through and including the quarter ending December 31, 2013."
