Southwest Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: OKSB) 35.0% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.21 per share, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.07. The company said it will defer dividend payments related to its trust preferred shares.
S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE) 30.9% HIGHER; ACI Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACIW) has proposed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the company for per share consideration of $9.50 in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $540 million.
