Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSBI) 65.3% HIGHER; WesBanco, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSBC) and Fidelity Bancorp jointly announced today that they have executed a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger. Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, WesBanco will exchange a combination of its common stock and cash for Fidelity common stock. Fidelity shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.8275 shares of WesBanco common stock and cash in the amount of $4.50 per share for each share of Fidelity common stock.
Lodgenet Interactive Corp. (Nasdaq: LNET) 26.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.36), versus ($0.17) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.8 million, versus $106.64 million reported last year. Withdrawals outlook for FY12.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $690.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $706.62 million. Comps rose 8%. The stock was downgraded at Janney and Deutsche Bank. A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE), 20.9% HIGHER; announced that it will supply a 2MW grid energy storage system to Ray Power Systems Co. Ltd., a Chinese company focused on developing the frequency regulation market and relevant technologies.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.82 billion. In talks with third parties about a strategic review, might include separation of units.
