The Dolan Company (NYSE: DM) 33.9% HIGHER; announced that it sold the assets of its NDeX South business to the law firm affiliates of that business and has reached an agreement in principle to sell its NDeX Indiana business to its Indiana law firm affiliate.

CytRx Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTR) 25.4% HIGHER; announced that aldoxorubicin, its more potent version of the widely used chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin, demonstrated statistically significant efficacy (p<.0001) in the treatment of rapidly growing human brain (glioblastoma) cancer in the brains of animals.

Ixia (Nasdaq: XXIA) 18.9% LOWER; announced certain preliminary financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total revenue for the second quarter of 2013 is expected to be in the range of $114 million to $116 million, below the company's previous guidance of $119 million to $122 million. The Street was looking for revs of $120.1 million.

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISRG) 18.3% LOWER; announced certain preliminary second quarter 2013 financial results. The Company expects revenue for the second quarter of 2013 of approximately $575 million, up approximately 7% from $537 million for the second quarter of 2012. The Company expects second quarter 2013 net income of approximately $160 million compared with $155 million for the second quarter of 2012. The Street is looking for revs of $630 million.

China Recycling Energy Corporation (Nasdaq: CREG) 16.2% HIGHER; moving higher again on volume today. No word is out on what might be happening with recycling or environmental regulation in China, if any, on what might be driving the move over the last two days.

Hyperdynamics Corp. (NYSE: HDY) 14.3% HIGHER; investors buying in after a one-for-eight split took effect on Monday.

FX Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FXEN) 14.1% LOWER; reported that testing of three fracked Rotliegend intervals in the Plawce-2 well has been completed. The two lower zones in the well produced only formation water. The top interval, where log interpretation indicated more than 60 meters of gas saturated sandstone at the top of the Rotliegend, flowed only non-commercial levels of gas along with formation water.

Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGYP) 13.6% HIGHER; no word on Synergy Pharma's move higher today. Volume of 890,000 shares compares with the trailing three-month average of 1.3 million.

Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ORMP) 11.6% LOWER; lower again after announcing on Monday that the first patient has been enrolled in a Phase 2a trial of ORMD-0801, an orally ingestible insulin capsule, on patients with type 2 diabetes. The current trial is to be a randomized, double-blind study designed to assess the safety of ORMD-0801.

Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) 10.9% HIGHER; Willbros moving higher amid announcing a term loan refi on Monday. Shares were pretty quiet on yesterday's session, moving higher on volume today.

Synchronoss Technologies (Nasdaq: SNCR) 10.5% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded the stock from Neutral to Sell, while cutting its price target by $1 to $27. For more color, click here.
