Ixia (Nasdaq: XXIA) 24.8% LOWER; posts preliminary Q2 sales of $67 to $69 million, compares to prior guidance of $78 to $82 million, and versus the Street estimate of $80.54 million. Adj-EPS move from 14 - 17c to 7 - 8c, which compares to the Street estimate of 16c. The company said sales were impacted by several factors, including lower than expected sales from Asia Pacific and from certain large equipment makers, as well as orders received late in the quarter.
Cardica, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDC) 21.2% HIGHER; McNicoll Lewis & Vlak started with a Buy rating and $5 price target.

On June 1, 2011, an entity identifying itself as "Absaroka Capital Management LLC", a short seller of the Company's securities, published an article containing several false allegations and accusations against the Company.
Aeroflex (NYSE: ARX) 17.1% LOWER; lowers its Q4 sales guidance to $198 to $200 million and its adj-EBITDA guidance to $56 to $59 million amid delays in shipment approvals from orders of test equipment by US government entities. The company had previously guided Q4 sales to $220 to $228 million. The Street is currently expecting quarterly sales of $224.02 million. The stock was also downgraded at Oppenheimer.
Local.com Corp. (Nasdaq: LOCM) 16.9% HIGHER; reports entering into a Google Services Agreement with Google, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG). The Agreement provides for the implementation by Local.com of certain advertising and search services on certain websites, subject to the Registrant's compliance with certain policy and compliance obligations as more fully described in the Agreement. The effective date of the Agreement is August 1, 2011 and it ends on July 31, 2013.
Noah Education (NYSE: NED) 13.9% HIGHER; after briefly falling below the $2 level on Wednesday and regain this technical level yesterday, the stock appears to be holding onto support today. Volume is heavy: about 118,000 shares of the stock have traded hands so far, compared to average full day volume of just 22,600 shares.

Synthesis Energy (Nasdaq: SYMX) 10.7% LOWER; traders are taking profits today following a more than 33 percent run-up over the last two trading sessions. Shares broke out after breaching the $2 level on Wednesday.
Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) 9.4% LOWER; offered information on its antitrust inquiries: says DoJ, EC investigations are still ongoing. The company says it will likely see a material profit impact during the affected periods, however it is currently unable to estimate the impact. Buckingham Research downgraded from Buy to Neutral.
Bona Film Group (Nasdaq: BONA) 9.3% LOWER; the stock is correcting today following a 24 percent surge yesterday as shares broke above the $4 level. The stock had traded under this support level since early June.
