("OTI") (Nasdaq: OTIV) 23.4% HIGHER; announced that it received today the favorable decision on claim construction in the patent infringement lawsuit alleging that Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled phones sold by T-Mobile USA, Inc (NYSE: TMUS) infringe OTI's U.S. Patent No. 6,045,043 (the "'043 patent"). The Honorable Judge Alison J. Nathan's "adopt[ed] [OTI's] proposed constructions of all four disputed terms."
DURECT Corporation (Nasdaq: DRRX) 15.0% HIGHER; announced that the New Drug Application (NDA) for the investigational product POSIDUR (SABER-Bupivacaine) has been accepted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) indicating that the application is sufficiently complete to permit a substantive review. POSIDUR is a post-operative pain relief depot that utilizes DURECT's patented SABER technology to deliver bupivacaine and is designed to provide up to three days of pain relief after surgery. DURECT submitted the NDA as a 505(b)(2) application. The Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date (the date the FDA expects to complete its review of the NDA) has been confirmed as February 12, 2014.

FuelCell Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: FCEL) 11.8% LOWER; has entered into an underwriting agreement with respect to an offering of $38 million principal amount of its 8.00% senior unsecured convertible notes due June 15, 2018. Lazard Capital Markets LLC acted as sole book-running manager and Stifel acted as co-lead manager.
Amtech Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASYS) 11.8% HIGHER; continuing higher Thursday after announcing on Wednesday that its solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems, received a multi-million dollar order (in the low teens) for its advanced diffusion and PECVD equipment to be used in Nexolon USA's facility located in San Antonio, Texas. The order is for 100MW and is the first phase of a planned 200MW turnkey project executed by the n-PASHA Alliance for Nexolon. Shipment is expected in the first half of fiscal 2014.
Banro Corporation (AMEX: BAA) 11.5% LOWER; hereby notifies holders of Series A Preference Shares of Banro ("Banro Series A Shares") and holders of Preferred Shares of Banro Group (Barbados) Limited ("Barbados Preferred Shares") that further to the Company's press release of June 14, 2013, the board of directors of each of Banro and Banro Group (Barbados) Limited has authorized and declared a dividend payable of US$0.53 per Banro Series A Share and Barbados Preferred Share.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $243.42 million versus the consensus estimate of $242.95 million. Finisar sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.22-0.26, versus the consensus of $0.20. Finisar Corp sees Q1 2014 revenue of $245-260 million, versus the consensus of $248.9 million.
