The proposal contemplates the acquisition of all of the Class A and Class B shares of Mediacom common stock not already beneficially owned by Mr. Commisso at a price of $6.00 per share in cash.
WSP Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: WH) 14.8% HIGHER; shares may be getting back to normal after reporting a Q1 loss of $0.26 last Tuesday, May 25. Analysts expected an EPS of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter was $60.91 million, compared to the estimate of $126.78 million.
