Tecumseh Products Co. (Nasdaq: TECUA) 35.4% HIGHER; major holder Roumell Asset Management filed to "discuss factors contributing to the current undervaluation of the Issuer’s stock and new strategies to create and maximize value for the Issuer’s stockholders."

DynaVox, Inc. (Nasdaq: DVOX) 26.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.06), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.83 million. Company suspends guidance. The stock was downgraded at Piper Jaffray this morning.

Summer Infant, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUMR) 26.0% LOWER; reported Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.07, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.12. The results included a $500,000 tax expense. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.03 million.

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASEI) 22.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $65 million. Also announced a $35 million buyback plan.

Opnet Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT) 21.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.79 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.16-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.21. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $42.5-$45 million, versus the consensus of $43.7 million.

Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYPR) 19.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.46 million versus the consensus estimate of $80 million.

Lone Pine Resources Inc. (NYSE: LPR) 19.5% LOWER; reported first-quarter revs of $44.33 million, from $35.56 million in the same period last year. Amid the top-line gain, the company swung to a loss of 11 cents per share, from EPS of 8 cents in the same period last year.

Patriot Coal (NYSE: PCX) 16.3% LOWER; issued a production update for 2012 and 2013. The company reduced its estimate for Appalachia met sales volume and said met coals may underperform on a possible customer default. Click here to see the full press release.

Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU) 15.6% HIGHER; shares are getting juiced mid-day after CNBC FastMoney highlighted it as a social gaming stock. The stock also bounced off its 50-day SMA just following the mention.

VOXX International (NASDAQ: VOXX) 13.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.82, ex items, versus $0.40 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.6 million, versus $173.71 million reported last year.

A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE) 12.0% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.87), $0.48 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.39). Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.39 million.
