Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Nasdaq: GMCR) 48.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.64, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $885.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $971.7 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.48-$0.53, versus the consensus of $0.72. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.40-$2.50, versus the consensus of $2.67 and revenue of $3.8-$4 billion, versus the consensus of $4.3 billion.
KIT digital (Nasdaq: KITD) 34.9% LOWER; reports preliminary Q1 adj-operating loss of $8 million on sales of $59 million. The Street was looking for the company to turn a profit during the quarter, and sales of $72.4 million. On May 15th, KIT will issue its full quarterly earnings announcement.
Kensey Nash Corporation (Nasdaq: KNSY) 32.2% HIGHER; agrees to be acquired by Royal DSM (DSM) (NYSE Euronext: DSM KON) for $38.50 per share in cash. The company reported Q3 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $22 million.
Valueclick, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) 25.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $152.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $157.94 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.33-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.25. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $155-$160 million, versus the consensus of $167.9 million.
Health Net, Inc. (NYSE: HNT) 24.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.32), versus ($1.16) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.83 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.9 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.85-$2.9, versus prior guidance of $2.8-$2.9 and the consensus of $3.38.
Kingold Jewelry (Nasdaq: KGJI) 20.4% HIGHER; shares appear to be breaking out above the 50-day SMA despite an about 1 percent move lower in COMEX gold. The stock seems to have hit some resistance at the $2 level this morning.
VirnetX Holding Corp. (AMEX: VHC) 17.8 HIGHER; VirnetX and Aastra USA, Inc. announced that on May 3, 2012, they signed a Patent License Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, VirnetX has agreed to license certain of its patents to Aastra USA, Inc., for a one-time payment to VirnetX and an ongoing reasonable royalty for all future sales through the expiration of the licensed patents as outlined in the Agreement with respect to certain current and future IP-encrypted products. Under the terms of the Agreement, the Parties have also agreed to dismiss the patent infringement case between the Parties and their affiliates before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. All other aspects of the agreement were not disclosed.
Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATNI) 17.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.60, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $182.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $183.26 million.
AtriCure (Nasdaq: ATRC) 16.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of 10 cents per share on sales of $17.5 million. The Street was looking for a loss of 8 cents per share on sales of $17.8 million. The company also announced its CFO Piton has resigned. Sees FY12 sales up 12-15 percent.
