Riverbed Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVBD) 28% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $183 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.1 million. Sees Q2 adj-EPS of 21-22 cents on sales of $193-$197 million. The Street is currently looking for EPS of 24 cents on sales of $202.04 million.Cuts FY12 sales growth guidance from 17-20 percent to 15 percent.

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI) 22.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.26 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.72-$0.75, versus the consensus of $0.73. Premiere Global Services, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $500-$510 million, versus the consensus of $494.81 million.

Tempur-Pedic International, Inc. (NYSE: TPX) 20.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.86, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $384.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $383.83 million. Reaffirms FY.

Digital Domain Media Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DDMG) 19.9% HIGHER; shares have been volatile all week following the appearance of a holographic Tupac at Coachella last week.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEIX) 19.9% HIGHER; Ethanol prices rose 2.2 percent yesterday as the EIA said production of conventional gas blended with gasoline rose 5.4 million barrels per day last week. The stock gapped above its 200-day SMA this morning, then bounced sharply off the level just after 10am ET. As shares moved above $0.90, upside intensified as the price pinned toward a technical level around $1.

SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPU) 17.6% HIGHER; In response to a Nasdaq cash verification request, the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, Paritz & Company, P.A., from January 5 to January 9, 2012, independently verified the Company's cash balances held in financial institutions in China in which the Company and its subsidiaries maintain bank accounts.

Supreme Industries (NYSE: STS) 17% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of 17 cents on sales of $72.5 million. The company reported sales of $68.4 million in the same quarter last year and a loss of 7 cents per share.

Ramtron International Corp (Nasdaq: RMTR) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.01, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.64 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.06, versus the consensus of $0.02.

Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: MPAA) 14% LOWER; has entered into an agreement to raise approximately $15 million in gross proceeds through a private placement of its common stock. Under the terms of the financing, the company will issue an aggregate 1,936,000 shares of common stock at a price of $7.75 per share.

Ezcorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: EZPW) 14% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $256.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.29 million. Cuts FY2012 EPS range to $2.85-$2.95, versus the consensus of $3.06.

Sandisk Corp (Nasdaq: SNDK) 12.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.63, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.23 billion. Sees Q2 sales of $1 billion, +/- $50 million. The Street is expecting sales of $1.31 billion. Expecting FY12 sales to be down compared to 2011.
