Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PWAV) 37.7% LOWER; has provided preliminary revenue information for its fiscal first quarter ended April 1, 2012. Powerwave announced that it anticipates that revenues for its fiscal first quarter ended April 1, 2012 will be in the range of $40 million to $45 million. The Street currently sees revs of $62.30 million.
NEI (NYSE: NEI) 23.8% LOWER; reports preliminary sales for the quarter ending March were $65-$66 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $68.8 million. Sees sales for the quarter ending June as $51-$56 million, vs. the consensus estimate of $72.5 million.
LJ International Inc. (Nasdaq: JADE) 17.3% LOWER; will postpone its fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings announcement on April 30, 2012, in order to allow sufficient time to ensure the completion of the year-end audit of the Company's consolidated financial statements. The Company originally scheduled its release for April 16, 2012, before the US market opens. The Company now expects its year-end audit to be completed by April 30, 2012, which will still be within the filing timeline.
Talbots, Inc. (NYSE: TLB) 16.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.52), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.56). Revenue for the quarter came in at $289.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $268.9 million. Consolidated comparable sales, which includes stores, Internet, catalog and red-line sales, were approximately flat compared to the prior year. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $272 million, versus the consensus of $283.99 million.
Joe's Jean, Inc. (Nasdaq: JOEZ) 15.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.8 million.
Infosys Technologies Ltd (Nasdaq: INFY) 14.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.81, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.77 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.82 billion. Sees Q1 sales of $1.771-$1.789 billion, EPS expected to be about 73 cents. Sees FY13 sales of $7.553-$7.692 billion and EPS of $3.12-$3.17.
Primo Water Corporation (Nasdaq: PRMW) 13.8% HIGHER; has received a commitment from a senior lender to enter into a new long-term $20 million senior revolving credit facility.
Kingold Jewelry, Inc. (Nasdaq: KGJI) 13.3% HIGHER; possibly moving higher as gold prices continue to drop on the strengthening U.S. dollar.
iGate Corp (Nasdaq: IGTE) 12.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $263.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $271.26 million.
Syswin (NYSE: SYSW) 12.7% HIGHER; shares continuing to hold over the $1 level to end this week. Shares are up more than 30 percent including today's move higher.
Longwei Petroleum (AMEX: LPH) 9.8% HIGHER; pushed over resistance at the $1.60 level.
Sony (NYSE: SNE) 7.5% LOWER; 7.5% LOWER; continuing lower to end this week following a warning on Tuesday. The stock fell more than 9 percent on that session.
