Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 04/04: (MSSR) (AEN) (OREX) Higher; (AMIE) (DGW) (HRZ) Lower

Ambassadors Int'l (Nasdaq: AMIE) 71.8% LOWER; late Friday filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware.

McCormick & Schmick's (Nasdaq: MSSR) 29.5% HIGHER; Tilman J. Fertitta plans to commence a $9.25 per share all-cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of McCormick & Schmick's not already owned.

Duoyuan Global Water (AMEX: DGW) 22.4% LOWER; Muddy Waters LLC initiated coverage on Duoyuan Global Water Inc. with a Strong Sell rating and an estimated value of less than $1.00. The firm believes Duoyuan has actual revenue of no greater than $800,000 annually, versus the $154.4 million it claims. In addition, Muddy Waters said it caught DGW red handed forging its PRC audit report.

Horizon Lines, Inc. (AMEX: HRZ) 17.3% LOWER; retreating again following a positive move last Friday, as hedge fund titan Bill Ackman disclosed a large stake in peer Alexander & Baldwin (Nasdaq: ALEX). Horizon finished about 57% better at the close Friday.

Adeona Pharma (AMEX: AEN) 17.2% HIGHER; has pushed over the $2 level for the first time since early-2008. The stock has already traded 2.19 million shares, versus the stock's average daily volume of just 400,000 shares.

RADVision Ltd. (Nasdaq: RVSN) 16.5% LOWER; lowered its Q111 outlook this morning. Cuts sales outlook from about $24 million to $20.5 - $21 million, compared to the consensus of $24.16 million. Also reduces its non-GAAP EPS outlook from $0.01 to ($0.10) - ($0.14), versus consensus EPS of $0.01.

Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OREX) 16.3% HIGHER; reports additional Contrave data. Orexigen announced that additional data showed Contrave maintained normal 24-hour circadian patterns over one year of treatment. These data were from the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring sub-study of the COR-II trial that also showed weight loss and improvements in markers of cardiometabolic risk.

Majesco Entertainment (Nasdaq: COOL) 16.2% HIGHER; broke above a resistance level around $3.50, propelling shares to levels not seen since 2005. Volume at midday is currently double the trailing three-month daily average.

Ascent Solar (Nasdaq: ASTI) 16.1% LOWER; continuing lower this week following news on Thursday night that its CEO stepped down. The stock fell 25% on Friday.

SmartHeat Inc. (Nasdaq: HEAT) 15.3% HIGHER; catching a bid today, following a 25% decline last week, as the stock got below the $3.30 price level. Shares haven't been at this level since December 2008, when the stock dropped to about $2.25 per share.

Allied Irish Banks (NYSE: AIB) 13.8% HIGHER; continuing to bounce this week following the Irish government's bank stress tests last week. Shares of AIB surged more than 20% on Friday.
