Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 04/03: (OSH) (CONN) (BNNY) Higher; (PRXI) (MRGE) (AONE) Lower

Orchard Supply Hardware Stores (Nasdaq: OSH) 19.5% HIGHER; shares are getting some interest, potentially on the heels of reports Eddie Lampert will be appearing on CNBC's Squawk Box tomorrow. Shares are hanging near the $26 level.

Premier Exhibitions (Nasdaq: PRXI) 19% LOWER; the stock has now given up a large chunk of gains since the stock pushed over resistance at $2.50. Shares held above the $3.50 level on Thursday and Friday of last week, however have now broken below this level and, consequently, the $3 level.

Conn's, Inc. (Nasdaq: CONN) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $226.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $221.9 million. Comps up 12.1 percent. Raises its FY13 EPS guidance from $1.05-$1.15 to $1.20-$1.30, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.11.

Merge Healthcare (Nasdaq: MRGE) 16.4% LOWER; the stock is breaking out of a trading range today. The company disclosed in a Form 8-K earlier it sold health information kiosks and the related equipment to higi llc for $2.75 million.

A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE) 14.7% LOWER; the stock is continuing a recent downtrend which began on Monday of last week. Shares are down nearly 50 percent since then. The stock has pushed below the $1 level for the first time ever today.

Annie's, Inc. (NYSE: BNNY) 13.5% HIGHER; positive comments from Jim Cramer on Mad Money Monday night could be helping push the stock higher today. Shares have now retaken losses on Friday and yesterday, and are now back to levels seen on Thursday of last week.

Mitek (Nasdaq: MITK) 13.1% LOWER; responded to yesterday's claims the USAA filed a complaint against the company. Shares dropped nearly 20 percent yesterday. The company said, "It's unfortunate when business negotiations break down; however, Mitek is the proven leader in mobile imaging software, as evidenced by the numerous U.S. patents we have been awarded. We believe these claims are without merit and we intend to vigorously defend our intellectual property rights, as necessary."

Clovis Oncology (Nasdaq: CLVS) 13.1% LOWER; traders expecting the company's $75 million offering to price after the close today.

Yongye International, Inc. (Nasdaq: YONG), 12.2% HIGHER; announced that during the first quarter of 2012 the Company collected $140 million of $154 million accounts receivable, net of allowance for doubtful accounts at the end of 2011."

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO) 12.1% HIGHER; Luminex Corporation (Nasdaq: LMNX) today announced that it has extended its global sales and distribution agreement with Bio-Rad to 2023. In addition, Luminex has granted Bio-Rad global sales and distribution rights for Luminex's award-winning MAGPIX multiplexing instrument. As part of the agreement, Bio-Rad will now offer the full range of Luminex's xMAP systems including the MAGPIX system

Joe's Jeans (Nasdaq: JOEZ) 10.8% HIGHER; technicians moving the stock today as shares held over the 200-day SMA at this morning's open. Shares are holding over resistance/support at $1.30.
