Repros Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: RPRX) 77.3% HIGHER; reported top-line results for the first pivotal study of Androxal, ZA-301, in the treatment of secondary hypogonadism. Results for the Intent-to-Treat population met both co-primary endpoints mandated by the FDA. The Intent-to-Treat population included all men randomized in the study whether or not they completed the study.

LiveDeal, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIVE) 32.8% HIGHER; no news, but shares have been ramping on volume the last two sessions.

Hudson Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDSN) 22.8% LOWER; announced that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued its Final Rule on March 27 pertaining to allowances for virgin HCFC (R-22) for 2013 and 2014 and the previously noted recoupment allowances. The Final Rule provides for virgin R-22 allowances of 63 million pounds in 2013 and 51 million pounds in 2014.

Southcross Energy Partners L.P (NYSE: SXE) 15.9% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $0.17 per share, $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.66 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.19 million.

The Goldfield Corporation (AMEX: GV) 15.9% LOWER; continuing lower after reporting EPS of 47 cents and revs of $81.6 million, from EPS of 3 cents and revs of $32.8 million in FY11. Shares are down 27 percent since the close Monday.

U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRTS) 15.6% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with William Blair & Company, LLC pursuant to which U.S. Auto Parts has agreed to sell up to 2,050,000 shares of its Common Stock at a purchase price per share of $1.09 for aggregate proceeds to the Company of approximately $2.2 million, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close on or before April 3, 2013, and U.S. Auto Parts will use the net proceeds from the transaction to reduce its revolving borrowings (without any permanent reduction in the related loan commitments) under its credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Parametric Sound Corporation (Nasdaq: PAMT) 14.7% HIGHER; announced that it has retained the services of Houlihan Lokey, an international, advisory-focused investment bank with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and valuation.

Vringo, Inc. (AMEX: VRNG) 14.6% HIGHER; moving higher following word that it and Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) might be in patent settlement talks. For more color, click here.

Himax Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIMX) 13.1% HIGHER; speculative blog post that Himax might be a solid way to invest to gain on the surge in wearable computing technology.

Synnex Corp. (NYSE: SNX) 10.0% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.88, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.46 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.44 billion. Sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.78-$0.82, versus the consensus of $0.92. Also sees Q2 2013 revenue of $2.425-$2.525 billion, versus the consensus of $2.51 billion.
